What is the Procurement Request Portal?

This website hosts automated systems for State of Wisconsin procurement requests. Through this portal, users submit requests electronically, eliminating the need to submit paper requests to the State Bureau of Procurement (SBOP), and can track the current status of their requests.

 

What systems are included in the Procurement Request Portal?

Currently, the Procurement Request Portal consists of two active and one archived system:

 

Who are the intended users?

The Procurement Request Portal is intended to be used by Wisconsin agency and campus procurement staff who are responsible for submitting and procurement requests and the various staff responsible for processing and approving those requests.

 

How do I get access to the Procurement Request Portal?

State agencies and campuses follow different procedures to set up accounts within the Procurement Request Portal.

STATE AGENCY USERS

  1. Request an account.

Email DOAWisPro@wisconsin.gov with the following information:

2.     Wait for Activation.

A Procurement Request Portal Administrator will reach out to your agency to verify that you should have access to the requested system. Upon confirmation from your agency, the Administrator will approve your request and notify you through email that your account is active.

3.     Login to the Procurement Request Portal.

Navigate to the Procurement Request Portal ( https://rpa.wi.gov ). Use your IAM login as your username. Make sure "Accounts Domain" is selected from the dropdown menu (this is the default option) before clicking "Login". See the appropriate user guides below for additional instructions about each system within the Procurement Request Portal.

 

UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM USERS

  1. Obtain login credentials.

Navigate to https://register.wisconsin.gov . Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for a DOA/Wisconsin Logon using your Wisconsin credentials. Select "SharePoint" for the "Systems You Will Access" when you create your account.

  1. Request an account.

4.     Login to the Procurement Request Portal.

Navigate to the Procurement Request Portal ( https://rpa.wi.gov ). Use the Register.Wisconsin.gov login you created in Step 1 as your username. Change the option in the dropdown menu to: " Register.Wisconsin.Gov Domain " (this is NOT the default option) before clicking "Login". How Do I Reset my Password?

State Agencies: You can reset your IAM password at  https://iam.wisconsin.gov .

University of Wisconsin System: You can reset your password at  https://register.wisconsin.gov .
